small groups, without steriods or growth hormones.
We use Carlton Farms (www.carltonfarms.com) for processing. They are USDA certified
and cut/pack your pork to your specifications. Cuts include roasts, hams, steaks, chops,
ribs, bacon, sausage and hocks.

Our hens are some of the happiest on the island! We have several different breeds
including, Golden Wyandottes, Buff Orpingtons, Barred Rocks & Araucana.
