Feed your family great tasting, super tender, lean pork! Our pigs are raised naturally, in small groups, without steriods or growth hormones. We purchase our feed from a local mill in Hillsboro. Our pork is processed locally at Carlton Farms. They are USDA certified and cut/pack your pork to your specifications. Cuts can include roasts, hams, steaks, chops, ribs, bacon, sausage and hocks depending on your processing preferences.
